Meet Makayla McNary, FNP-C
Makayla McNary, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialized experience in cardiology. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention, early detection, and management of cardiovascular disease.
Makayla earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Oakland University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University. Her professional background includes 10 years of nursing experience caring for patients across all stages of life, which gives her a holistic perspective on health and wellness.
When she’s not in the clinic, Makayla enjoys raising her 3 children alongside her husband, spending time outdoors, supporting her family farm, and golfing, which helps her bring balance and perspective to her practice.

Meet Kelli Rowley, NP-C
Kelli Rowley, NP-C graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2016 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a nurse at Beaumont for 4 years. She went on to graduate from SVSU in 2019 with her Masters degree as a Nurse Practitioner.
She is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. You will see her both in the hospital setting, as well as in the office. She is a Lapeer native and grew up in the area.
In her free time, Kelli enjoys trips "Up North" and spending time with her husband and two kids, William and Maeve.

Meet ChristineTharrett, FNP-BC
Christina is an honors graduate of Oakland University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011. She spent the majority of her RN career at a Level I trauma hospital, working on the cardiac critical care step-down unit. During this time, she pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Detroit Mercy, graduating in 2016.
Shortly after, she became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has since cared for patients of all ages. Cardiology has remained the primary focus of her career, and her experience also includes serving as a clinical instructor at the University of Michigan School of Nursing, working in internal medicine as well as serving as a preceptor for master's degree program students.

In 2022, Christina and her family relocated to the Lapeer area. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, being outdoors, bow hunting in the fall, gardening, and caring for her dogs and chickens.
